Presenting authors
Presenting authors who have not registered to attend and paid by October 27, 2009 will be assumed to have withdrawn their abstract.

Paper registration
A paper form is included in this brochure or may be downloaded from the ASCEPT or Meetings First websites. You may also contact Meetings First and request one.

Internet registration
To register via the internet please go to www.meetingsfirst.com.au and log in using your First name, Surname and PIN. After verifying your contact details, you will be able to click on the word "Registration" and complete the registration process.

You may pay on-line by:
  • credit card (via the NAB secure website),
  • print a form and fax your credit card details
  • tick the "will send a cheque" box and send a cheque within 30 days.

 

A Tax invoice page is displayed during the registration process. This page is automatically emailed to you after you hit "Submit Registration" and may be given to your Finance Department.

Cancellation policy
A cancellation received prior to October 20, 2009 will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $55.00. Refunds after October 20, 2009 will only be made in exceptional circumstances, with the decision being made after the conclusion of the meeting. However, if your abstract is not accepted by the Program Committee a full refund is available at any time.

Subsitutes are welcome at anytime.

Registration acknowledgement
All registrations will be acknowledged in writing on receipt, and again when payment has been received. Please ensure you read your Confirmation carefully and advise of any corrections promptly.

Registrations who have not submitted their payment by October 27 will be assumed to have withdrawn their registration. Please contact Meetings First to avoid registration cancellation at this time.

Privacy
In accordance with the Privacy and Spam Act we advise that information collected in the registration/abstract submission process will be held in databases on secure sites by Meetings First. It is the intention to use the information to communicate with you by mail, phone,fax or email and to provide a delegate list comprising name, insitution, State and Country to delegates and sponsors. You may elect to not be included on this list.
