To take advantage of the discount rates, you must book accommodation
via the registration form (internet or paper). All rates include
GST. If you would like to arrive early or stay on after the conference
you will receive the special rate of $189 per night (provided
availability of the room nights).

Form (or in the Special Requests section of the Internet Registration).
Rooms will be allocated in order of receipt of Registration Form.
Deposit and payment
A deposit equal to one night's accommodation will be required
to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the
hotel and the amount deducted from your account on checkout, when
full payment will be required. No reservations will be made unless
this amount is received by September 4. You may elect to pay all
nights accommodation in advance.
Booking deadline
The deadline for accommodation bookings is September 4, 2009.
Requests received after that date may be processed but generally
you will be directed to a travel agent or the hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellations may be refunded at the hotel's discretion.
